This privacy policy is our way of telling you how we will collect, store and use any information, which you may provide to us while using the Periwinkle eLearning App (the “App”) and our website ( collectively called (“Services”).

Periwinkle eLearning (“Periwinkle”, “we”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. We have created this Privacy Policy to show our commitment to the protection of your privacy while you use the Periwinkle eLearning App (the “App”) and our website ( collectively called (“Services”). Your use of the Services is covered by this Privacy Policy and by the Terms of Use.


This Privacy Policy is applicable to Services, and it does not apply to any other applications or services that you may access through the App, including but not limited to applications and services accessed via advertisements or connections to third-party content, each of which may utilize data collection, storage, and /or practices and policies that differ considerably from this Privacy Policy.

You shall be responsible for assuring the accuracy of the Personal Information that you present to us. Incorrect information will affect your use of the Services, as well as our ability to contact you using the contact methods described in this Privacy Policy.

Device Information we collect automatically will not be linked with any personal information that you provide to us.

We utilize cookies to personalize your experience with the Services, as well as to store your login information so that you do not need to re-enter it each time you access the Services. In addition to the Personal Information noted above for registration and sign up purposes, you may provide Personal Information to us while using the Services. If you choose to submit a support inquiry, you may have the option of providing Personal Information such as your phone number or payment information.


We may use your Personal Information to send you information about the Services, and to contact you when necessary, including an email to verify your identity.

We may use your Device Information to personalize and adapt your experience with the Services, and in our communications with you in order to exhibit content that we believe you may be interested in and which may be consistent with your preferences.

We may share aggregated demographic or non-personal information not linked to any personal information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, company affiliates and advertisers. We use third-party service providers (as set out below) to help us operate our business and the Periwinkle eLearning App or administer activities on our behalf. We do not use analytics software to collect and send device data to third parties.

We may share your information with our affiliate companies in order to provide you with the Services and to help better tailor our services to you.

Service provider

We may also engage third parties to perform services in connection with the operation of the Periwinkle eLearning App, some of whom may process personal information. Each of these third parties is contractually obliged to protect the security of any information we share with them, and limited in their use of the information to the services being provided solely to us:

Apple: Your iOS identifier is shared with Apple in connection with performance of network communications. Google Android: Your Android input method editor is shared with Google Android in connection with performance of network communications. Google Firebase: Your User ID is shared with Google Firebase in connection with User ID searches. Google Analytics: Your Device Details is captured by Google Analytics to better understand our audience and users and this data is not shared with anyone. If you are an individual in the European Union (EU) or an EU citizen or if you are from the United States of America (US) or are a US citizen, we collect and process data about you only where we have legal bases for doing so under applicable EU and US laws. This means we collect and process your data only when:

After you delete your Personal Data from our services, we may not immediately delete residual copies from our active servers and may not immediately remove data from our backup systems for archiving, prevention of fraud and abuse, analytics, satisfaction of legal obligations, or where we otherwise reasonably believe that we have a legitimate reason to do so. We may also decline to honour this request in certain specific situations, such as if the data is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or to exercise/defend a legal claim.

You may request that we stop processing your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes. This is an absolute right and we cannot refuse this request. Even after receiving such a request, we may continue processing if it is necessary for the exercise/defence of a legal claim or if we can demonstrate a compelling legitimate ground for the processing.

Some Third-Party Services may possess styles and appearances that are similar to our Services. We ask you to be aware that you may be in a different application, and that this Privacy Policy covers only our Services. The Services are stored on servers in India. Thus, if you are outside of India, the Personal Information that you provide to us shall be transferred to India. Upon providing your Personal Information, you are agreeing both to the transfer of your Personal Information to India and to the storage of your Personal Information in India, as well as to the use of your Personal Information in accordance with the ends for which it was originally collected.

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside India. When this occurs, we will take steps to ensure your information receives an equivalent level of protection to those as in India. In the event of any changes to this Privacy Policy, we shall publish an altered agreement in the Services that will inform you of these changes and / or we shall send you an e-mail.
