Besides the 5 free rhymes that I received with the app download, how can I purchase additional rhymes?

Periwinkle Nursery Rhymes implements recommended Apple's and Google's in-app purchase models. You can confidently purchase our products available through any in-app purchase model.

I purchased a rhyme bundle but the download was interrupted? Should I purchase the rhyme again? Will I have to pay for my previous purchases again?

No. You will never be charged again for a purchase you've already made. Periwinkle Nursery Rhymes implements recommended Apple's and Google's in-app purchase models. You can confidently purchase our products available through any in-app purchase model. Remember that after you purchase a product, say for example a rhyme bundle, please do wait for your purchased download to finish. If for any reason, your download is interrupted, you can always restart the download again. 
Alternately, you can always use the "restore purchases" button available in the app to restore all your legitimate previous purchases, all at once.


I'm not able to purchase additional rhymes and I get a warning that in-app purchases are disabled on my iPhone ?

You can enable in-app purchases on your iOS device (and set a password to prevent them from being re-activated) through the Settings > General > Restrictions – scroll down to Allowed Content, and turn on “In-App Purchases”.

I'm facing technical difficulties with the app and it seems to freeze or hang-up in the midst of playing a rhyme?

In the rare case something hangs up or freezes, exit the game and shut down the application from the Home screen of your iOS device. Restart the app by tapping the app icon. If you are still experiencing performance issues, it may be time to power down your device and restart it to clear out your memory of applications running in the background.

I'm unable to connect to the rhymes store?

Please double-check if your wi-fi connection is active, or try again later – at times, Apple’s iTunes servers and Google Play servers experience heavy loads.
